➊ 将上海青洗净、沥干。

➏ 蒸锅内倒入适量水烧开,放上蒸笼,大火蒸8分钟,蒸好后取出。

➐ 蒸菜的同时,把大蒜和朝天椒洗净、切末放碗里,把芝麻油倒入锅中烧热后倒在蒜末上,再倒入生抽搅拌均匀即成酱料。
