1. 先把低筋面粉过筛。

9. 用保鲜膜盖好后,放入冰箱冷藏最少4小时,最好隔夜。

11. 再把锅里放入少许黄油,香蕉从中间劈开,煎到香蕉表面上色。

12. 香蕉表面上色后,翻过来,隔皮再煎8分钟。

18. 吃法二:热的薄饼,就是把薄饼叠成扇形,在上面放上煎好的香蕉即可。
虎哥的暖心小贴士
这道薄饼是我在新西兰寄宿家庭里周末吃的,他们叫“周末的奖励”。喜欢甜一点儿的,可以淋上少许蜂蜜或者枫叶糖浆。如果不怕胖,再弄点儿打发好的淡奶油和一个香草冰淇淋配着一起吃,这是个完美的饭后甜点。
