Let's understand how to access Hubs in Dynamics 365. The following are the ways to access Dynamics 365 Hubs:

Dynamics 365 provides alternative ways apart from web interface to access data. It is useful for different CRM users. For example, a customer service provider in the field can use this Hub to access the CRM from a mobile app. Maintaining Hub customization is a little different than customizations for web users. In Hubs, customizers can add different entities, views, and dashboards, provide access to Hub, and so on.
