6.3　Shuttle Conveyor Belt

6.3.1　The belt conveyor installation and belt-bonding shall meet requirements in current national standard GB 50270 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Continuous Conveying Equipment Installation Engineering.

6.3.2　Shuttle belt conveyor shall be installed as follows:

1　The elevation of rail shall be adjusted，and checked by level and steel ruler with tolerance of±1.0mm.The tolerance of height differential between two rail surfaces in one same section is 2.0mm；

2　The levelness of rail shall be adjusted and checked by bubble level，level and leveling ruler with tolerance of 1.0/1000，and not more than 10.0mm in whole length；

3　The longitudinal centreline of rail shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread，thread pendant and steel ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

4　The transversal centreline of rail shall be adjusted，and checked by wire/thread，thread pendant and steel ruler with tolerance of 2.0mm；

5　The rail gap shall be adjusted，and checked by steel ruler with tolerance of±2.0mm；
