One of the most important elements is the color scheme of red and black which are“And A”colors. The shop is divided into the three zones with the theme, 'future, ' 'present' and 'past', where each zone is color coded relating to the themes. Each of them gives various sceneries in the shop. Facade made is attempted to impress passer-by and show a way to the future with a sharp and aggressive image. The slant line of the facade is the same angle as“A”of“And A, ”in other words; this also works as a billboard. In the center of the shop, there are dynamic elements such as distorted steel pipes and cake-dome display. The logo mark written with one stroke is given more motions. They lead to“present, ”with motions. Further, the shop draw the customers into“past”through an isolated wooden door.

店面外观与店内部空间设计装潢以红黑两色搭配为主。店内设计大体可分为三种主题区,分别是“过去”、“现在”和“未来”,在全新的设计下每个区都设计有特定的颜色和编码。黑色倾斜的三角形外观设计,形成店面的一大亮点;大面积的黑色面设计可更多地吸引顾客的视线,同时也象征着品牌名称中的“A”,如同一面广告牌在招徕过往的人们。也使店面角形外观轮廓更清晰、更出彩。店内的中央有一些动态元素,如扭曲的钢管和蛋糕层一样的展示台,品牌标志的运用使得店内更富动感。这些动态元素都象征着“现在”,另一个独立的木门则将顾客引领到“过去”。
