Study on the Development Problem Diagnosis of Chinese Contract Fishery and the Choice of Coping Strategies
Abstract: Nowadays the development of Chinese contract fishery is mainly faced with the lack of the understanding of the importance and the urgency of contract fishery, the weak contract concept and legal consciousness, the low standard degree of aquatic product contract, the faint atmosphere of the development of contract fishery and the lack of financial support. In the future, we should increase the contract fishery propaganda and guide efforts, formulate and promote the demonstration order of contact fishery, cultivate or introduce aquatic product leading enterprises to purchase raw materials by fishery contract, support the development of the main business of the aquatic product leading enterprises, deepen the construction of specialized cooperative economic organizations involving fishery, promote the contract fishery operation mode of“aquatic product leading enterprises+cooperative economic organizations involving fishery+fishery house-holds”, strengthen the supervision and management of contract fishery, perfect the construction of the development guarantee system of contract fishery in order to promote the scale development of Chinese contract fishery.
